Great Mission Aviation News!

I discovered a few days ago via Dave Forney’s blog that Mission Aviation Fellowship has finally been able to bring their Kodiak airplane to the Kalimantan region of Indonesia! Of course, this is really exciting for those of us who know what the Kodiak airplane is. It is actually designed specifically for missionary purposes, developed by Quest Aircraft Company specifically for MAF! The Kodiak does not rely on the rare and highly expensive avgas, but rather runs on jet fuel. For more information on the Kodiak, go here. And to see pictures of the Kodiak’s very first flight in Indonesia, go here. I have been following the Kodiak development almost from the beginning, so this is just so exciting! Thank God for this great tool!
