Yeah, and let me share with you the real reason I share things on this blog. It’s not because it makes me feel good inside (though the end result does sometimes). It’s because God is pleased when believers encourage one another.

I love this song too! I think that songs with either Marty Sampson and/or Joel Houston are the best! You know, I’ve been listening to Hillsong’s “Savior King LIVE” recently, and I have only heard TWO of the songs — I love them SOOO much that I haven’t gotten to the rest of the songs! Hillsong’s songs are amazing, and I am convinced it’s because they are real people who love a real God! They make music for the sole purpose of glorifying God and building up believers; they declare the truth of God’s Word through the art of music! Their musicians, songwriters, and vocalists are outstanding, and they do it just to praise the Lord!
And you will LOVE Saviour King!!!! If you’re not careful it could knock you to the floor! After I listened to it, I thought, “how could I ever listen to anything else?” Truth is, there is really nice stuff out there, but I always find myself going back to the Hillsong. And I do surely hope Marty sings on their projects again!
BTW, the copy of “Shadow of the Almighty” that I got from the library was the original publication! I wonder how long it has been on their shelf?
